Downlight clearances in Leppington NSW

It is the largest cluster of one finding anywhere in this network. The mechanism is mundane: insulation is laid from above, the fittings go in from below, the two trades work on different days and neither sees the other's result. The consequence is not mundane at all, because a fitting that needs air around it and does not get it is a fire risk sitting above a finished ceiling.
